Veterans Day Star

East Quogue Community,

I hope all is well. In an effort to honor the Veterans who have served our country, your child received the following Veterans Day Star. The document is in English and Spanish. Students will be asked to place a picture of a Veteran family member or friend in the middle of the star. If you do not have a photograph, please have your child draw a patriotic picture in the middle of the star.

We request that you cut the star out and return to school by October 30, so all stars can be placed in the hallway. Each class will receive a different color to represent red, white, and blue.

If you have any questions or would like another copy of the star on card stock, please feel free to contact me.

Regards,
